We love that since 1953 the Legacy Senior Communities has provided housing and healthcare options for the Jewish elderly and other area seniors. This year, the nonprofit charitable organization has held a series of events in celebration of its 60 years of service, which will culminate with “The Yes! Event: One Special Night” on November 9. The Legacy Senior Communities recently hosted a preview and cocktail party for sponsors at the home of Carol Aaron, chairman of the board of trustees of The Legacy Senior Communities. “We wanted to host this pre-event sponsor party to thank all of the people and organizations that have been dedicated to the success of The Legacy Senior Communities and its residents,” said Aaron. “This year’s event in November will highlight the deep history of this wonderful organization, and will give our supporters a preview of its exciting plans for the future.”

Ken Topolsky, producer of the popular television series “Dallas” was among the notable guests in attendance at the cocktail party. He will be presenting a raffle item for the event in November, which will give the lucky winner the opportunity to spend a day in the life of a Hollywood producer. Todd Fiscus made a special appearance and gave the guests a sneak preview to the exciting plans he has for “The Yes! Event.” “The Legacy Senior Communities has been providing quality care for seniors for six decades,” said Andrea Statman, director of development for The Legacy Senior Communities. “We have remained loyal to our mission from the beginning, which is to help those who cannot help themselves. All of the proceeds from the event will benefit The Legacy Preston Hollow and our seniors who live there.”
