You know we always love a good time that offers the unique and unexpected. One upcoming good time we highly recommend checking out is a new experience offered up by Texas Native and star of RuPaul’s Drag Race and RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars Alyssa Edwards. She has partnered with TAZO team to create Camp TAZO, a unique glam camping experience that is all about experiencing new things and pushing yourself out of your comfort zone. We caught up with her to learn more.

Happening in March 2019, Camp TAZO theme is “Brew the Unexpected” which aligns perfectly aligns the spirit of Alyssa and TAZO tea essence of discovery and explanation. The camp, designed by Alyssa, who will also serve as Camp Director, offers a curated list of traditional activities such as campfire chats and of course spilling the tea during tea time. It will also offer some bucket list items you never knew you wanted… until now like hiking in heels.

TAZO tea was inspired to create this camp after conducting a research study. The study revealed that revealed 70 percent of people regret not trying something versus trying and failing. The spirit and essence of this one-of-a-kind experience is best summed up by Alyssa herself who proclaims “Amazing things happen when you get outside of your comfort zone.”
