We love Halloween, that time of the year where we get to dress up in costumes allowing us to showcase our artistry, fantasies and inner child.

THE SCENE: The first annual Zach Scott Theatre Costume Bash on Saturday October 28th. There is no better backdrop for a Halloween party than a theatre, a place where actors and actresses dress up in costumes all year long.

We knew going in that this was going to be an incredibly fun night and we were dazzled. The several hundred patrons of the arts donned costumes that would satisfy children of all ages.

THE VIBE: The ZACH crowd is always a welcoming bunch that makes all invited feel welcome. The added element of having everyone dress up in costumes only made the guests on hand all the more friendly.

Austin has long needed a Halloween party showcasing its philanthropic nature. The success of the inaugural ZACH Costume Bash ensures that this event will only grow in popularity and creativity in the coming years.
