STEPHEN MOSER’S MADE IN HEAVEN

DEBUT FOR ELEVEN ELEVEN BENEFIT

We love Stephen Moser, his writing talents for the Austin Chronicle and of course, his fashion sense. The self-proclaimed style avatar has invited us to his gala fashion show benefit and our very own Lance Avery Morgan is modeling in it on Sunday.

Is there is an item in your closet so special that it has been waiting for one fabulous occasion? This is it... Eleven Eleven: An Evening of Extraordinary Style is generating is the highly-anticipated return of fashion designer Moser. Both host and presenter for the night, Moser has created an over-the-top event to benefit Hospice Austin (and Hospice Austin’s Pet Peace of Mind Program). “This will be the most glamorous night we've seen in a long time,” muses Stephen Moser. Take the stately Driskill Hotel, serving as a perfectly juxtaposed setting, add in Sociable guests for a dramatic night and you get color, spectacle and runway fashion.

Diagnosed with terminal prostate cancer over six years ago, Moser experienced first-hand the devastating impact of a cancer diagnoses. With the love and support of family and friends, he has returned from a self-described period of darkness with the premiere of his Fall/Winter 2012-2013 Collection triumphantly signals the end to an eight-year absence. He’s such a trooper and we admire him all the more for it.

The lengthy and fabulous two-part presentation will also feature the designs of Tina Johnson, Benson Roberts and Roosevelt Cevallo and showcase a handful of celebrity models (Police Chief Art Acevedo, Adam Curry and wife Micky Hoogendijk; Eric and Maria Groten; Kevin Benz and wife Olga Campos Benz; Mica Mosbacher and her daughter-in-law Brittanie Duncan; City Council member Mike Martinez, Tyler Sieswerda, Quita Culpepper, Joanie Bentzin, Karen Hawkins, Gail Chovan, Carla McDonald and many more).

Eleven Eleven: An Evening of Extraordinary Fashion is presented by Made In Heaven by Stephen MacMillan Moser and Jacki OH©, sponsored in part by TexStyles Designer Fabric Showroom, and WhiteStar Manufacturing. An aggressive financial goal has been set to raise $50,000+ with the intention of giving 100% of the proceeds to Hospice Austin; donations are being solicited to cover event expenses.
