This year’s Met Ball (the Costume Institute of the Museum of New York) scored another triumph. Its theme, Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination, was chaired by Amal Clooney, Rihanna and Donatella Versace, chosen by the organization’s fearless leader, Vogue’s Anna Wintour.
